aboutTUFF

ROLLING/TUFF is an electronic music magazine that shares music from all over the world, the latest industry news and fashion tips and trends. Our goal is to educate the public by sharing what interests us in hopes of creating new fans and reaching more people who will one day support the content we feature.

We are about creating a relationship with the audience, tapping into the collaborative spirit of the networked age. We believe and support a free online democracy! A great record, EP or track is it’s own best marketing tool. All the marketing dollars in the world can not accomplish what one great record can, especially if it’s set free to roam around and connect with the right people.

To fight the tide of free is foolish in this day-and-age.

It may be difficult, but this is the way forward. The reality of the situation is that music is about the producer and consumer, and “the music industry” will not survive without a mutual respect and cooperative spirit between both parties. To let music suffer or die on account of an inflexible refusal to recalibrate old models would be the truly immoral thing here. The future of music’s economic viability will depend not on the ability to secure payment for every download, but rather on each musician’s ability to get people passionate about their music.

This is what inspired ROLLING/TUFF and why we create, sacrifice and share.

    Hey guys,

Wanted to send over my new EP ‘Panther’, (nu-disco/electro/disco) getting big support from Annie Mac, Grum & Russ Chimes to name a few.

There’s 5 tracks, made up of 3 originals and 2 remixes from Beaumont and StardonE.

This is the Soundcloud set: http://soundcloud.com/clancymusic/sets/clancy-panther-ep-1/

Let me know if you want the mp3s for personal or DJ use and i’ll send over.

Thanks guys – if you need any more info just let me know.

    Cheers, Rich

Can I just say just what a relief to discover somebody that actually knows what they’re talking about on the net. You certainly know how to bring an issue to light and make it significant. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story. I cannot believe youre not more popular because you definitely have the talent.
