Digitalism – Encore | Solomun Remix
One of my all time favorite producer duos is Digitalism, and for good reason too. Solomun has completely caught me by surprise however with this new track and it’s funky groove. When I think of Digitalism, I think of dark techy choruses and dirty bass. Well this song has neither and still sounds amazing. The buildup is traditional Digitalism, but then Solomun throws me another curve ball with the deep drop and deep house fade out to end the track. What can I say as a Digitalism enthusiast? I like the remixed sound. I am very impressed to see the old Digitalism sound so many of us grew up with, turned DEEP. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did….. and FYI for all you L.A. locals, rumor has it that the German duo might be in town VERY soon, so keep your ears open and enjoy the disco deep remix of Solomun.
