Spotlight – Lancelot
Today I’d like to introduce you to Lancelot, who was born as Lance Gurisik from Sydney, Australia. Lance first caught my attention with his feel good nu-disco hits We Can Dance and Daphnis the Nymph. Since then he has been putting out solid monthly mixtapes that; dare I say, are right on par with that of Belgium great, The Magician. Two months ago, Lance dropped an absolute gem – slowing the tempo to more of a deep house sound, he released a remix of The World is Ours by Catcall – I’ve been a fan ever since. Now, we have a preview of his brand new remix Selena, originally by RüFüS, which will be out on Continental Recs next month. Enjoy!
