The Chemical Brothers are coming to a theater near you. On January 26th 2012, 20 cinemas across 20 cities worldwide will host an exclusive advance screening of the new live performance film, “Don’t Think.” Directed by long-time visuals collaborator Adam Smith, the film documents their performance at this year’s Fuji Rock Festival (Japan). Twenty cameras were strategically placed on stage and in the crowd to capture the essence of the Chems psychedelic experience from a fan’s point of view. It’s reported that the sound is mixed in Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound which means our eyes and ears are in for a truly immersive experience.
“Don’t Think” is due to be shown on more than 500 screens in over 20 territories from February 1st, 2012 (February 3rd U.K).
